my name is ATARI! formerly known as NUGS since forever but you can also call me hoever. ive been a creator ever since i first drew with crayons as a baby and later as a kid on school parchment paper. during school i was one of those "weird artist kids" but i often got special activities because of my talent from teachers. skipping classes to draw for holiday events was the best >:3i love learning and experimenting but i always have a hard time convincing myself to start. my style is constantly changing as i discover new methods so youll notice that i might use a technique in one piece but not in others yet. beyond my freelance work i delve into 3D sometimes and eventually want bring my ideas to life through full animations
im a silly nervous person who easily stresses and cant be the first one to reach out and i know i can come off as unapproachable but honestly im the one whos scared to respond so theres no pressure at all. my favorite holidays are christmas and valentines day and if i could afford everything in a stor id probably buy the whole placei have a long list of favortite aesthetics but the one that means the most to me is the old internet because they take me back to a comforting time in my life. i collect a lot of resources and have an entire folder dedicated to things that give me that feeling of nostalgia
i truly enjoy the things i create even though my style never seems to stay in one place. outside of art i have a soft spot for collecting small objects! anything from tiny containers . pencil cases . mini drawers . cute decor . and any stationery that matches my interests...nothing like that is ever safe from mei LOOOOOOVE arthropods whether extinct or still around i try to study the ones i find interesting along with all sorts of marine creatures with pinchers and claws. i was always that kid in the toy aisle trying to collect every strange creature that wasnt a cat or dog

WHAT IS IT ABOUT ✱
stage fright is a psychological horror comic that blends elements of raw and unsettling terror. the story explores themes of the afterlife . religious trauma . and existential fear of dying due tothe narrative follows a young adult named paislynn. a tech-savvy conspiracy realist who is deeply invested in the rumors and urban legends surrounding her small town. what begins as curiosity soon becomes something far more dangerous when she uncovers the truth behind these stories. a truth that ultimately costs her life or rather...reshapes itpaislynn is drawn into another dimension governed by four distinct realms. within this unfamiliar existence she confronts the horrors of being deadas she comes to understand it. this place is the afterlife. but not heaven. not hell. and not anything humanity has defined before. it exists somewhere in between. beyond moral certainty or divine order. forcing paislynn to face unsettling truths about death...belief and what lies beyond everything
WHO ARE IMPORTANT ✱
paislynn is the protagonist of the story. she was born in puerto rico and was nicknamed pia as a baby. living there until the age of seventeen. paislynn's background is ordinary and unremarkable by design. she is neither destined nor chosen for what happens to her. she does not understand why she is drawn into these events nor does she realize the forces shaping her fate. she is a victim. not a hero in the traditional sense. the story follows her as she is consumed by the horrors of existence itself. the terror of the unknown and gradually warped by the things she is forced to witness
WHAT ARE THE REALMS ✱
within these realms exist the reshaped remnants of human lives. some are given small insignificant roles while others are elevated into larger more influential existences. many are made to reenact fragments of their former lives while others are forced into horrific living conditions that mirror or punish what they once were.these souls survive under the rule of their Realm's Leader. gradually adapting to their assigned existence. each realm becomes a distorted new home. one not chosen but imposed as a direct consequence of their death
WHAT IS THE POINT ✱
at its core. the story examines what it would mean if death were not a release marked by a final, peaceful breath. the horror does not come from what is meant to be frightening. but from what is meant to be comforting. and isnt. It is the twisted realization that accepting ones fate does not lead to rest. and that you are never truly gone. the promise of warmth. of being held by a higher existence. is revealed to be an illusion. instead. you are repurposed . used . and made a permanent part of an endless cycle. another stage of decomposition rather than an ending.within the story. mother or "the unknown" represents one of the symbolic doors humanity has been taught to worship: the promise of ascension . salvation . or peace after death. however this belief is confronted with a brutal truth. the body is never allowed to rest. even after returning to the earth. existence continues in a distorted form. almost as punishment. it is a permanent fate. shaped unknowingly by choices and beliefs formed during life. long before death ever arrives
